Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Packaging
We take great care in packaging, especially for fragile items. Vases and ceramics are packed with ample cushioning. Rugs are rolled, wrapped, and boxed or bagged.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Small Parcels (Vases, Small Art): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Freight Items (Large Rugs, Oversized Art): Shipped via common carrier (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight).
3. Delivery Process for Freight Items

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Standard service is curbside or to your doorstep. Indoor delivery may require an extra fee.

Inspect all items for visible damage before the driver leaves and note any issues on the delivery receipt.
4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For concealed damages found after delivery:

Contact us within 48 hours.

Provide clear photos of the damage and all packaging.

Save all packaging materials.
We will assist in filing a freight claim, which can take time to resolve.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty if it has not yet been processed. Once an item is in the packaging or shipping stage, changes may not be possible.
